A Flavour of Scotland

Scotland has a wonderful array of quality produce available from land and from sea, and visitors can try and buy some of our finest food direct from the producers in the large food fair. There will be several mobile units offering Deuchars IPA from Edinburgh's only brewery, soft drinks, spirits, wine, as well as an array of cuisine and an area to eat.

There will also be a chance to purchase high-quality crafts, textiles and Highland dress from across Scotland.
